Role Overview

Super Nova is looking for a Field Promotion & Activation Officer to join our team and directly support the execution of promotions and activations on the ground. This is a fully field-based, hands-on operational role focused on site preparation, equipment setup, transportation, and supporting promotion teams to ensure activities are executed properly.

Promotion & Field Activation Execution

• Execute field promotions and activation activities according to the established plans and instructions.
• Inspect promotion locations and ensure sites are suitable and properly prepared before activities begin.
• Prepare, install, dismantle, and handle promotion stands, equipment, and marketing materials when required.
• Ensure products, samples, fridges, flags, gifts, and all required activation materials are available and ready.
• Load, transport, install, remove, and properly handle promotional equipment and materials during field activities.

Transportation & Promotion Team Support

• Drive the promotion van and company vehicles when required and travel between different locations and areas according to the work schedule.
• Transport promotion staff, equipment, and required materials to activation locations when needed.
• Support the promotion team on the ground and ensure they have everything required to execute activities in an organized and effective manner.
• Participate directly in sampling activities and product distribution when required.
• Handle operational issues that arise on site and communicate effectively with the team and management to resolve them.

Point of Sale & Merchandising Support

• Visit supermarkets and points of sale and ensure they are ready for promotional activities.
• Check product and stock availability and product visibility at points of sale, and report shortages or issues.
• Assist with product merchandising and the proper placement of promotional materials and stands inside points of sale.
• Document activities through photos, observations, and reports and submit the required information after visits and promotions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Willingness to work in a fully field-based position that requires travel and work across different locations and areas.
• A valid driver’s license and a valid public driving license are required.
• Ability and willingness to drive the promotion van and company vehicles when required.
• Ability and willingness, after training, to prepare and install promotion stands and equipment.
• Good familiarity with areas and roads in Lebanon and the ability to use GPS for navigation.
• Ability to use a mobile phone or tablet to complete field information and reports.
• Good communication and organizational skills, a responsible attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including some evening hours, depending on promotion and activation schedules.
• Previous experience in promotions, sampling, merchandising, events, or similar field work is an advantage.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle is an additional advantage.
