Role Overview

As a Cash Van Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and delivering Super Nova products directly to customers within an assigned territory. You will manage daily customer visits, develop new business, maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, collect payments, and ensure accurate stock and cash reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets, minimarkets, cafés, and other retail outlets according to the assigned route.
• Sell and deliver Super Nova products directly from the company vehicle while developing the territory through new customer acquisition and increased sales with existing accounts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure regular follow-up and reliable service.
• Prepare invoices and accurately record sales, deliveries, and payments using the company’s tablet or mobile sales system.
• Collect cash payments and complete daily cash, invoice, and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor van inventory, ensure proper loading and product rotation, and maintain product availability, pricing, and visibility at customer locations.
• Report customer feedback, competitor activity, market opportunities, and route-related issues.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle and company equipment in good condition and follow all company procedures related to sales, delivery, cash handling, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid public driving licence.
• Previous Cash Van, van-sales, direct-distribution, or FMCG experience is required.
• Good knowledge of roads and commercial areas within the assigned territory.
• Comfortable handling cash, reconciling payments, and managing stock.
• Comfortable using a tablet or mobile sales application.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer-service skills.
• Honest, organised, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to perform the physical requirements of loading, unloading, and delivering products.

Work Location

Hadath–Baabda (HQ), with daily field coverage within the assigned territory.
